    3d Sign Factory uses CNC routing to
    fabricate custom signage from
    expanded polystyrene (EPS) and
    high-density urethane (HDU). After
    cutting, each component is
    professionally sanded, primed, and
    coated in a controlled spray booth
    using UV-stable, weather-resistant
    paints.
    EPS provides a lightweight core
    suitable for large, complex shapes,
    while HDU offers high dimensional
    stability and resistance to moisture,
    cracking, and temperature extremes.
